Your Boat Moisture Meter and Temperature Gauge is powered by a CR2450 coin cell battery. When the battery runs low, you’ll see a low battery icon on the sensor display and receive an alert in the Vanemar App. Replacing the battery promptly ensures uninterrupted climate monitoring.
When to Replace the Battery
A low battery symbol appears on the sensor’s display.
You also receive a low battery alert in the Vanemar App.

Tip: Always use a new, high-quality CR2450 battery for reliable performance.
Step-by-Step Replacement
Insert the included reset tool into the disassembly hole on the sensor.
Press inward and rotate the cover toward the open arrow to remove it.
3. Remove the old battery.
4. Insert the new CR2450 battery with the positive (+) side facing outward, aligning with the compartment markings.
5. Align the lock symbols on the cover and the sensor, then rotate toward the lock arrow until secure.
