When to Replace the Battery of Vanemar Water Sensor

  • When you receive a low battery alert in the Vanemar App.

Battery Type

  • 1 × CR123A or CR17335 battery

Warning: Do not use damaged or leaking batteries. They may damage the device.

Step-by-Step Battery Replacement

  1. Ensure the sensor is dry and clean before starting.

  2. Open the sensor cover following the guidelines above.

  3. Remove the old battery.

  4. Insert a new CR123A or CR17335 battery, aligning the positive (+) and negative (−) ends with the polarity markings in the battery compartment.

  5. Close the cover following the guidelines above. Ensure it is securely closed to maintain waterproofing.

Warning: Water may enter the sensor if it remains submerged for an extended period or if the cover is not properly closed. Follow the instructions below to ensure the cover is correctly and fully closed.
